School Board Resolution No. 12 of 9 October 2025

Erasmus+ is the European Union's programme for education, training, youth and sport. Through international mobility activities, cooperation projects and the exchange of good practices, the programme promotes the personal and professional development of students, teachers and school staff, fostering educational innovation, inclusion, intercultural dialogue and European citizenship.

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, our Institute has been awarded funding for the KA122-SCH – Short-term Projects for Mobility of Learners and Staff in School Education project, entitled L.I.N.E.A. (Language, Innovation and Network for European Awareness), running from 30 September 2025 to 29 March 2027.

The project aims to support the school's internationalisation process through three main areas of development:

developing the digital skills of teachers and school staff and promoting innovative teaching methodologies;

enhancing the language skills of teachers, staff and students, fostering inclusion and active participation in the educational community;

establishing networks and partnerships with other European schools, strengthening the sense of European citizenship and international cooperation.

Subsequently, the Institute also obtained the Erasmus+ Accreditation for School Education (KA120-SCH), which enables the strategic planning of mobility and European cooperation activities over the medium term.

Through this accreditation, the school aims to pursue the following objectives:

improving students' achievement in mathematics, a core subject underpinning our technical and scientific programmes;

enhancing English and German language skills among students and staff;

strengthening digital, ICT and AI skills, as well as Digital Integrated Learning (DIL/DDI) methodologies for both staff and students;

promoting inclusion, intercultural awareness, internationalisation and European citizenship by encouraging the active participation of all students.

Erasmus+ activities represent an important opportunity for growth for the entire school community, fostering international openness, educational innovation and the development of a school that is increasingly European, inclusive and future-oriented.
